For the custom drive mode configuration, what effect does the various settings have?

Powertrain: I assume transmission shift points, but anything else?
Steering: steering weight?
Suspension: stiffer suspension in sport mode, but what does eco vs comfort do?
AWD: I have no idea what changes with this setting from sport/comfort/eco.

Powertrain: shift points and throttle response
Suspension stiffness is: Eco < Comfort < Sport
Not sure about AWD, maybe the front/rear power distribution

I have no idea between them. And I also don't feel a noticeable difference between the five drive modes either, other than Sport holding the shift points longer at higher RPM. I THINK I can tell the difference in suspension stiffness between them. Steering? Maybe I am not studying this enough; can't be bothered really. Custom is my main drive mode. And I have everything except Engine/Transmission set to Sport; and that setting is on Eco. Might as well try for best fuel consumption as often as possible, while keeping the sporty ride sporty. :D

For suspension on my AWD, I only see Comfort or Sport.

So im pretty sure
AWD comfort = power distribution 40% front 60% rear

AWD sport = power distribution 20% front 80% rear

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
