So this issue only happens on startup (a high percentage of the time), and shutoff (has only happened once). It has gotten more aggressive with each startup. At first it was a singular PNEWWWW, and it has since grown.
There is a weird electronic alert sounding noise coming from the left side of the car sometimes when I start the car up. At first it only happened once, and with each startup it seems to do it more times. This morning the noise repeated 5 times. I have no idea why, nothing was different from other times I have started the car. It did not make this noise when I first got it.
It sounds kind of like a NASCAR car driving by you, the BEWWWWWW sound of something passing by super quickly, or kind of like the PEW PEW PEW of someone shooting laser weapons if the sound was elongated. It does not sound mechanical, more electric. It's super annoying, and I can't figure out why it's happening. It's definitely related to the brakes, seems to happen a lot after I start the car and then take my foot off the brake. The sound happens right after I take my foot off the brake.
Has anyone experienced this? Is it dealer worthy or is this some kind of automated tone that I am somehow forcing the car to make?
