1000114330.webpmy car still brand new 2023 with millage less than 6000 KM, why water level becomes under min

There's numerous posts about this, one was even posted today. Potential coolant problem

Long story short, this just seems to be a "thing" for the Stinger. I have 2022 and notice every now and then the overflow reservoir gets a bit low and I need to top it off. No one really seems to know exactly why with the exception people believe the car has a tendency to vent more than it should.

I've raised this with the dealership and they've basically topped it up at every service.

The replaced the coolant cap at one point as it didn't seem to be maintaining the required pressure.

Coolant level moving south is most noticeable during the cooler seasons due to contraction.

Yours is really low; I've never allowed it to get to that point ever.

Coolant is relatively cheap. Just get a gallon and top off as necessary. Some cars just tend to need a bit more frequent top off. I wouldn't worry, unless you start to see cross contamination between your engine oil and coolant, that is... milky oil or dirty coolant, or the rate of top-off starts to increase noticeably.

Here's some better angles of F and L

The bit above the highlighted area says "The coolant level should be filled between F and L marks on the coolant level gauge when the engine is cool" suggest to me that on occasion you would be required to fill the coolant.

This is not an instruction to the factory building the vehicle.

I would expect this to be done at dealer servicing but so many people do their own or take it somewhere else you would not know if it's done or not.

These aren't sealed systems. The coolant flows back and forth from the reservoir and there is an overflow to the air, There is vapour so over time expect to lose small amounts. Just top it up.

Which coolant does the 3.3L Stinger use?

I decided to buy the 5L coolant from my dealership today.

6,000kms from the last servicing, the system has vented enough coolant to bring the reservoir level slightly closer to the low mark.

For just $35 it's a no brainer I guess.

Was coolant added 6,000kms ago?

I have added about 500ml in total to mine in the last 127,000 kms

Yup, I always need coolant topped up after 5-6k ofv driving.

There are no leaks whatsoever, dealership has also done a pressure test and it passed. Car never overheats. I've done 26,000kms so far with no issues.

Our '19 was a bit low when we first got it. I topped it above 'L' and it hasn't lowered much in 3 yrs.

The '23 is a good bit below 'L' now and I'll top it off too. It's not that big a deal.

Just about any quality ethylene glycol coolant would work, especially if just adding a little in the expansion tank. These cars don't have any specific coolant type requirement. Color is no longer indicator of compatibility either.
