Wanting a GT1 AWD in New Hampshire/Mass

Perfect. You've got my number. Call or text if you need me. Be careful in finance about extra fees and other fun things. If its not an acquisition or doc fee, don't pay it! Additional warranty shouldn't be more than $2,000 at the most for 10/100 bumper to bumper coverage so, be wary there too.
If you're financing, GAP is a must have. It should cost more than $500 for your Stinger. If they say over that, negotiate. GAP should be 2% of financed price of the vehicle.
Thoughts on spending extra to get an extra 40k miles on the bumper to bumper? I won't need gap because I will have a trade worth about 7k

Curious question? if you pay for the gap insurance, does any of that play out should you trade the car for another Stinger??????
Depending on where you're at in your trade-ins financing and how much you paid for your GAP coverage, you may get prorated portion of your GAP coverage back but it doesn't guarantee an specific amount. As an example, if your GAP was $500 and you trade out a year into a 5 year loan, you might only get $400 of it back.

Its always worth letting the dealership taking your trade that you have warranties or other costs that may be cancellable to assist you with your down payment.
If you had GAP and extra warranty for $3500, your prorated amount may be $2,000 which, makes a huge difference for your finance structure on the new car.

Its worth it. While Kia has the longest warranty on the market, think of it like a cone: It gets narrower the closer you get to the end.
The additional coverage closes up the holes left in the 10/100. Keep in mind, past 5/60, your factory warranty doesn't have electronic component coverage and these cars being largely electronics driven can get quite costly. If you have any doubts, price out replacement of an ECU and Wiring harness. After labor, its more to purchase than extended warranty.

That said:

dealerships call it "Extended Service Contract".

Theirs should be around $2100.
I can sell you one of mine through CNA National for about $1,890 at my cost. If you want to cover aftermarket/lowered suspension in addition to mechanical coverage its an extra $200.

Holler at me with questions.
