I PD''d mine black several months ago BUT I have noticed the front rim edges seem to peel a bit with compression from hitting bumps/ potholes I believe , easy to touch up but annoying ! I may paint or powder coat them ...........I personally think these OEMs look great in black . I was never a fan of the 2 tone scheme .................
As a ceramic grey owner.. I like the OEM rims.. Just can't really get into all-black wheels that much - they remind me too much of cheap steels used for snow tires..
I have no experience/exposure with plasti-dip so this may seem a dumb question, can you get a “Gunmetal” colour, that may suit the wheels & give a better contrast with the Ceramic Grey.

The PD stock rims look awesome! Being 3 years later after the original post how are they holding up? As in it durable option for a few years at least, before might needed to redo it?
