Hey everyone. I got my roof vinyl wrapped (black gloss) a couple months ago. A few days ago we had some rain and I parked my car in the garage not thinking anything of it. Came out the next morning and the beaded water on the vinyl roof had dried leaving behind water marks that I now can't get rid of. I tried a vinegar/water solution to no avail. Does anyone have any products they would recommend for this? I'm thinking Chemical Guys Heavy Duty Water Spot Remover but not sure if this is safe for vinyl or not. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I would ask the people who installed the wrap, they should know which products are safe, or at least tell you which material they used so you can check with the manufacturer.

LOL Excellent thank you! Ordering now!
Welcome , when you get the spots off it would be a good idea to put a sealer on your vinyl it will protect it from spots and make it easier to clean ...............always use lots of foamy soap on a micro fiber mit to wash your vinyl , if you ever notice scratches you can get them out with direct heat from a hair dryer or "carefully" used heat gun !!

What about ONR instead of "soap"? ONR is supposed to lay down a layer of somethingorother that makes it easier to clean the car next time, and the time after that, and so on, and so on. :D

I wouldnt use it on gloss black vinyl , it can leave streaks under certain conditions and black shows everything ;)
