VelossaTech Lit Kit Snorkel

I installed the Lit Kit snorkels on Monday and they ran with no problem, Aswell as yesterday it was working perfectly fine. I went to go to lunch today and I opened my app and I saw what you would normally see before it’s connected, but it wouldn’t show my device. Even after unplugging and plugging back in the device multiple times. I’m lost on what to do. Thank you
