UVO app to remote start, heated seat settings ect..

Watching a YouTube video and explain UVO can lock unlock your doors set your climate control remote start your car all these things I can't find anything on that can somebody walk me through or explain that this cannot be done because some people say it's not available in United States only in Canada.
