It's looking like a semi-local dealer will sell me a used 2018 GT1 AWD - Ceramic Grey with less than 10k miles for somewhere in the 34k range (before TTL). Thoughts on whether this is a decent deal? I'm in Illinois.

The sticker on that car was about 46-47ish?

The market has fallen hard on stinger prices, I'd ask for a few more thousand off.

I agree with you, although KBB and NADA put its value right around 34k.

Never hurts to ask. You never know what the dealer has in it.

With current lease rebate you can get 2019 gt2 AWD for around 40k.

$34k isn't bad for the current market on an AWD with relatively low miles - if it's CPO.

It's worth a shot to offer $500-1000 below, but they probably won't take you seriously if you offer much below that. Used cars listed online generally are posted at prices pretty close to what the dealer is willing to take. They know people shop around and won't get many bites if they're listed thousands above where they should be.

Appreciate all of the input from everyone. At first I didn't like ceramic grey, but it looks completely different in person (versus photos). I'm still not sure whether I like the grey or Panthera Metal better.

Additionally, and obviously this forum will be biased, but I'm also looking at an 2017 Alfa Giulia Ti AWD for sub $30k. Either of these cars will be a stopgap (fun) vehicle while I wait for more electric cars to come out. The Stinger is much more practical for me given the two kids (11 and 9) due to its larger size and hatch-ness.

Lots of negative press over the last two years regarding the Alfa from multiple sources. The Stinger is the safe money bet and likely the better car for your needs.

Are you 5'1" or less, or never plan to take your kids? If the answer is no to either one, rule out the Alfa. When you put the driver's seat in a reasonable position, it touches the rear seat. Unless of course, there's no spouse involved, or you hate your kids :)

LOL. I think you've convinced me. Any regrets on ceramic silver color choice? It looks flat in photos.

It's definitely not flat! I get that a few times a week, but once someone gets close enough to see all of the metal flake in it they're blown away

I LOVE my ceramic silver. It IS a bit "flat", which to me IS the appeal. But if you like shiny, Panthera is probably better for you..
