Hello and I'm excited to be here. My name is Eddy and I just purchased my 2022 Kia Stinger Gt2 on Thursday and I had a couple of questions regarding what I can do to make a couple of upgrades without hurting my warranty. There is probably many threads like this but I couldn't find one. Any suggestions would really a help.

Thanks!!

I am the warranty.

Howdy and welcome. (the General rebuilt his car from a wreck; i.e. there is no way that warranty would work for him) What you ask is open-ended because dealers vary in how they "accuse" the owner of violating warranty: and other (most?) dealers have no issues with aftermarket parts and even install them themselves (my dealer put the Eibach sway bars in for me, for instance).

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
So for instance I was wondering about putting in a air intake. Also lowering the vehicle slightly.

Both are very common mods. I know of a local guy whose warranty was voided for installing his own intakes (it was a bogus assertion, a shyster thing to do to him): his is the only case of intakes being blamed for engine failure, and it wasn't the intakes it was that he did the work himself. Lowering the car won't cause any warranty issues unless you end up with a suspension problem, causing say very uneven tire wear: "they" could point and say that lowering the car caused that, and you'd have a battle. But if you don't have any operation issues (probably won't) then all should be good.
