I have a 2022 Scorpion AWD with Ark Performance Front & Rear Sway Bars (which were installed before it was driven off the lot) and I occasionally have a very pronounced "creaking" noise that resonates from the drivers side. This noise seems to be coming from the vicinity directly under the drivers seat to the rear drivers side wheel well. This noise usually only happens when turning left and normally from a dead stop; the car is usually not warmed up. I also have the Ultimate Performance HFC Downpipe + Mid Pipe Combo Kit (also installed before it was driven off the lot) and the ATQ Subframe Chassis Collar Kit. Im not sure if these mods might be responsible for this noise as I never drove the car when it was stock. The noise comes and goes, and I had the mechs take a look underneath, and they couldn't see anything that might be causing this issue. Just curious if anyone else there is experiencing this issue, and if so, were you able to determine the cause?

close. I put the eibach bars in. creaking came from the front at slow speeds probably higher speeds too but you can't hear then because of road noise. dealership said the greasing was fine when I enquired. twice they said this months apart. finally I took it to 'our family mechanic' and he said, 'those bushings have never seen a drop of grease.' he greased them and they've been silent ever since.

Thanks for the reply. I'll do a little more digging on the Ark sway bars to see if this is a known problem (with a possible fix) and I'll have my "family" mech take a good look next time I bring it in for an oil change. Thanks again.

Unfortunately the Ark sway bars didn't include grease fittings to regrease them later on if they get noisy. I've got the Ark's on right now and so far they're still silent, although I don't drive a whole lot (bought the car in Dec 21 and almost have 13k miles). If you do wind up having someone regrease them, have them install grease fittings into the brackets and bushings so you can regrease them without having to remove them.

Bushings are likely the problem. I have Eibach front and rear sway bars and I have to grease my front bar every 6 months otherwise it gets squeaky. I go through a lot of touchless car washes which I think over time contribute to the grease washing away. Ark bars arent engineered very well and dont include zerk grease nipples like the eibach do.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
FWIW, if your aftermarket anti-roll bars don't come with bushing brackets that have grease fittings, you can get ones that do. I've got these waiting to go on my Whiteline front bar. Rear brackets are on backorder.

Also, not all bushings are made properly to retain grease. These have channels that spread grease out and should last a good bit longer between grease pumps.
