"Under Floor Storage"

I may have to move from my 2021 GT to a 2022 model so I was looking at some of the 2022 features on Kia's website. One thing I saw has made me curious - "Under Floor Storage". Anyone know what this means? Is this only on 2022s? If it's on earlier years, where is it?

I think that's referring to the spare tire and battery compartment. If there's any other under the floor storage I'll be the last to know.

Yah that’s what I understand too. You lose your spare tire.

they take a target plastic bag, throw it under the passenger seat… wedged between the power seat rails….

Technically you are storing stuff in the gas tank.

Above the spare tire, under the floor mat is a tray with the jack and a couple tools. There are some extra spots around there for storage. That would be my guess.

I was able to get a can of fix-a-flat in there and my jumper cables "kind of".
