Today I received the message below when using the jb4 app. All connections appear fine. I disconnected everything and reconnected but it did not help.
Any help would be appreciated!
On a side note... BMS/JB4 support do not monitor any forum’s “JB4 support” folder.
The instructions pretty clearly said to email them.
You might get lucky exchanging conversations with @Terry@BMS in an active existing thread... but he doesn’t get notifications of tagging nor does he look for any questions in new posts.
