Unable to connect via Bluetooth.

Today I received the message below when using the jb4 app. All connections appear fine. I disconnected everything and reconnected but it did not help.

I used the laptop data cable and was able to connect instantly.

It looks like my Bluetooth adapter broke. That is unfortunate as it was working fine up until yesterday. Changing maps with a laptop is no fun at all.
 
You'll need to contact JB4 mobile directly for help with that.
 
On a side note... BMS/JB4 support do not monitor any forum’s “JB4 support” folder.

The instructions pretty clearly said to email them.

You might get lucky exchanging conversations with @Terry@BMS in an active existing thread... but he doesn’t get notifications of tagging nor does he look for any questions in new posts.
