Turning Chrome Black to Black Out

I've seen a few stingers that have a chrome black delete and turned it all black. I was wondering if anyone knew where I could purchase these or if I just have to get a paint shop to paint it themselves to get this appearance?

Here is a picture of what I am talking about.

Black grill, black grill lining, black side mirror caps, black fender fitment and etc.

Typically wraps. That way you can yank it off later if selling.
Far more prep involved to paint.

As said - 100% wrap... the only exception is possibly the mirror caps... they don't tend to stay wrapped well.
also very easy to do yourself, and the materials are cheap

Vinyl Wrap or Hyper-Dip. Dipping is usually easier and DIY.
