Turn on wireless charging?

My understanding is it factory resets the infotainment and other settings. That is, to the same settings when you got the car.

This is something which should be done when selling/trading the car. Wouldn't want the new owner to know which places you used the nav to visit . This is like a factory reset on your phone (the system is android based after all).

Yeah that's kind of what I was thinking, which is why I just went with the fuse pull. Figured it would retain everything but hopefully "restart" whatever needed to be restarted by a complete cut of power. Did the trick...this time.

I have the same problem, Bought it last week, and day two charger does not work. I am now regretting the purchase. I should have bought the Audi. I will get rid of it by the end of the year. Never again will I buy a Kia. I can not get it looked at until the end of the month.

Same issue on 2023...after trial and error and seeing what worked in the community...I tried this and it worked...park the car for the night, open fuse panel next to wheel, turn the fuse switch off for the night, next morning turn fuse switch back on....wireless charger should be working as well as wireless charger settings should be back in infotainment screen under the convenience settings...hope it works for you guys too

My Genesis g70 is in for the same thing. The charging pad has gone off and disappeared from the menu three times but mysteriously has fixed itself one or two days later.
The worst part is it left me stranded. I was using the NFC digital key which also did not work. So I was stuck with the car. I had to Uber home to get the key fob.
It's at the dealer and they are scratching their head trying to figure it out. I think because there are more stingers it could be a very similar issue.
