There's plenty of information in this forum if you search, problem is new members who want to jump right in may not search, or may be overwhelmed with the results they find. Go ahead and pretend you know nothing, and search here.

I am basically volunteering to compile a "living" document intended to provide at least a consolidated summary that include links to specific discussions of the various options.

Is there a need? Comment here - just on the idea, DO NOT start contributing info. I want to discuss the concept and gather input on what it would look like. I have some experience but don't believe my way is the only way. If we move forward, I'll start a new thread to solicit content.

This is only my opinion, I'm sure everyone has their own and I won't be hurt if this doesn't get used.

#1 Discuss ECU adaptability for bolt on mods (up to and not including primary cat), and ballpark gains from respective mods without any tuning (not sure if this is in the scope of what you want to cover)
#2 SPARK PLUGS FOR TUNING (this is important for everyone). Also, briefly discuss warranty disclaimers with tuning as everyone will ask this next
#3 Brief Summary of difference between piggybacks & ECU tunes and pros and cons for those who will be really on the fence about which they want
#4 & #5 in no particular order: In depth (as in depth as you care to go) lists and details of tuning options and results for ECU tunes as one topic and piggybacks as the other topic (suggest this to be without bolt ons or with minimum required supporting mods for tune)
#6 & #7 in preferably same order as above: this can be an ever-growing list of the same options from above, but with bolt ons and aux fueling options included, records and so on for those who want to really max out their potential
#8 Reserved for Hybrid/Big Turbos (will most likely become #9, #10, #11 and so on as well)

Good idea and maybe make it a locked sticky so it can only be used for reference, not biased opinions about which product is better...

This is the kind of framework I was thinking of, thank you.

... which has me wondering - is anyone here a member on another site that might already have something similar?
