How often should you get your transmission service I have 34000 miles on it now

I do drain and refill once a year, wich is around 35k miles. Last time I also replaced the pan with built in filter. Around 105k miles.

And what did all of that run you?

I got 2 cases of ravenol transmission oil a while back. I belive it was around $400 for 24 quarts. You will need 5 quarts for drain and refill and add one more if you are replacing the pan. The pan, which was a great deal, was around $120 if I remember correctly.
