Touch up paint dry time

Walked out to my stinger having 2 scratches on the rear bumper. Most likely someone hit it while trying to park. Sanded it down so there are no sharp edges of the paint. Got a paint pen from kia dealer and the paint is taking FOREVER to dry. Takes more than an hour to try just the first thin layer of paint and I am trying to put multiple layers so the paint is above the surrounding paint's surface. Any advice here? Seeing this really bummed me out. Also are there any touch up paint better than the one from the dealer?

The touchup I use (two different Silky Silver kits and flat and gloss black) dries very fast, within minutes. Dry enough to wet sand, I don't try that until twenty-four hours at least.

So you don't no use the oem touch up paint pen?

The Silky Silver touchup is OEM; two different types: one has a brush and a "pen" end that I don't use; the other is a fiber wedge, shaped much like a small soldering iron tip: it's for dabbing/touching, not dragging like a brush. The two black kits are from Auto Zone - for my wheels mainly, although I have used the gloss on some of the piano black trim, especially the fake hood "vents": I noticed a few small nicks with white plastic showing through.

I did no luck with drying taking forever. Looking into other brands of touch up paint at this point

I have not use the KIA one (I heard that the red was a poor match) I used "Dr. Colour Chip" on the couple of rock chips I had, not a perfect match but I understand it's impossible to do a three stage paint in a single step.

I got a HCR Kia paint pen and it was a poor match (too dark)...gave me an excuse to wrap my hood until I save for a CF one.
