That's all you need, make sure your insurance company has a copy of the video. If it were me and I was inconvenienced for 30 seconds or more, I'd call a lawyer. The fact you have pain after makes this a definite lawsuit. Don't let them off, you have no reason to be nice about their stupidity.

You'll get another car, but you'll never get the time back dealing with this.

What is it with the Civic drivers? Every one of them slam their cars, puts on a can and think they've built themselves a race car. I've lost count of how many of them have pulled up next to me and tried to race for no reason. I've also lost count of how many I've walked because of it too.
