I was installing my K&N intake today when I accidentally tore a small hole in one of the vent lines attached to the intake tube. I had no problems loosening the other lines, but this one was really stuck on there and tore as it came out. So the questions are:
A: Does anyone know the part number to replace this vent line or something generic to replace it with?
B: I’d rather not go this route but could some automotive heat resistant tape be used to patch it, at least until I can get my hands on a replacement part?
Thanks

yes, tape it, or if the nipple from the intake extends far enough into the hose, maybe just add a clamp you can buy from a hardware store. I wouldn't think it's even worth replacing..

I freaked out a little early. After finishing up the rest of the job and going back to reconnect the hoses, I realized there was plenty of slack so I just trimmed off the damaged part.

That’s good to hear. I was just going to suggest that.
