Hi all. I’m about to pick up my MY20 GT. Approx 2 weeks away. They will be installing a bi-modal exhaust, black powder coat to wheels, footwell lights and sourcing a pearl white paint with red interior. Looking forward to getting it. Will be great in my job as I’m a sales rep so travel a lot. No doubt be reading and writing a lot in this forum. Never joined anything like this before. So here’s to my new car and new experiences. Thank you and meet some of you via the written word!

Welcome Tony, I'm sure you're very excited and can't wait for delivery day. Your choice of model/colour/accessories is very tasteful.
If you could add your location to your profile it will assist other members with information and meets etc.

Howdy. I second PPF as the FIRST thing you should get done. I didn't even learn about it until I joined this forum and saw the paint issues threads (there were two running at the time)." PPF, what's that? Oh, plastic protection film. Hmm! I'll check this out." Three months after I got my car I saw nicks in the bumper paint. I knew that this was the beginning of something I didn't want to see: I touched them up with a paint pen. And on top of this, on my first road trip, before my car was even a month old, I got a doozy of a nick, right to the black plastic near the right headlight, and had been trying to touch that up. Finally I gave up, gave it one final go with a touchup brush and called it good. Then I bit the bullet and got PPF right back to the windshield. The "zit" near the right headlight remains. "Nothing in life has any business being perfect." And that is good enough (a reminder, as it were, that I shouldn't be worrying about very minor things: and I need reminding!).

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

Definitely excited Shannon! I'm in Ringwood, Melbourne but will be moving to the Bellarine (South of Geelong) area about this time next year. I'll post more when I get my car.
