I am in need of a tire replacement as the stock have been running for 17k , Easiest i can find is a 275/40 and 245/40 falkens , Do you think that there will be any noticeable difference in acceleration/power and grip. I am new into the whole car scene and this is my first "performance" style car as i previously only had trucks. any aid/guidance here would be greatly appreciated. would it be smarter to stick to stock 19x8.5 225/40 and 245/35.

Howdy and welcome. The stock rear tire is 255/35, not 245. The squared setup uses 225/40 on all four corners. I wouldn't know about Falken vs. Michelin as far as performance grip goes. I retain the OEM Michelins.

So i went to discount tire and just had them replaced , I went Pilot sport 4s on the front and Super sports on the rear i stuck to stock sizes as i felt a bit weary going any wider on the 19x8.5.

^^^I don't know anything about the Super Sport. You are RWD so that will be different from my experience as well.
