This just started happening the other day, goes away as soon as the RPM drop after initial start.
Anyone know why or if I should be concerned? Had an oil change at the dealer two days ago.

Perfectly normal. High pressure fuel pump. Mine does the same thing. Just give the throttle a quick blip. Nothing much, just tap the throttle real quick and it goes away instantly.

I'll add my usual to this topic......NORMAL!! Time for a

That’s funny! Just noticed it today on mine as well. Glad to hear it’s normal:)

I'm glad it's normal, just strange I never noticed until 2000km....

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Fuel pump solenoid, I hate it but it's normal.
I took mine to the dealer for the same sound. They showed me a video where they unplugged the pump's electrical connector during a cold start and the noise immediately went away.
(This throws a code, so don't try at home)

Thanks for the advice guys appreciate it! Maybe once I get an exhaust on it I wont notice, lol

Someone should fix the search I think this has been asked a 1000 times LOL

Not only is that noise normal - but compared to other vehicles with DI, the Stinger's system is on the quiter side..

Yours may be quiet, mine is the loudest I've ever heard.

Phew. Just over 2000k miles on mine and I just noticed mine this morning.

Mine has been doing this since the day I bought it lmfao!!:rofl:

Glad to hear that it is normal! :D

A neighbor commented to me that he thought it was an exhaust leak, I explained that it is the HPFP and is normal.
