I was wondering if anyone could help me with these snorkels engineered by @Thwack. I would like to speak with him myself but cannot PM him. He has provided the 3d print files so I was wondering if anyone has a 3d printer or knows of anyone that could 3d print these. I really like the look of his design and would appreciate anyone that can help.
Thank you

Send me a DM, I can print them.

@StingerbyAdoom thank you unfortunately I think because I'm still fairly new to the site I don't have the option to DM you. Would you mind DM me.

Hey what does your grill look like? With those snokels you may have to do some dremel work in order to see the whole thing. They dont kink inward enough towards the center to miss the solid section. I dont know years and trims that are this way sorry.
You are correct though the shape is definitely badass.
If your grill is "open" fully across your fine. The pic shows what im talking about.

Ya I've taken that into consideration and don't mind taking a dremel to the grille to make it more functional.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Figured id at least give a heads up just in case.

If you have radar cruise you wont have to dremel the grille.
I didn't actually know that either. Its strange as to why that's the case though, because the radar module is nowhere near those pieces. One would think that it would be cheaper to just have none of the grilles be blocked off.

Unfortunately I have the GT1 and don't have the radar so I will have to dremel out the holes. I agree with you StingerbyAdoom I guess they thought the Radar piece blocks enough of middle that they needed to open up the sides. But yes if the airflow shroud behind the grille is the same on all models why wouldn't they just leave them all open??? But then again why would they make the vents on the hood fake when they could have easily made them into decent looking heat extractors???

With the radar unit in the middle, there is a plastic shield which closes up the middle of the grille. I figure that Kia requires a minimum amount of open area, so they opened up the sides to make up for the area lost in the middle.

That part makes sense, but at the same time, you may as well just have the entire thing open on all trims, because its still less money in tooling and producing different parts.
