Based on leasehackr calc the selling price is $43K~$44K (est) assuming residual of 46% and MF .00185

Have you tried contacting more dealerships? Pretty sure you could do better.

Been researching *lots* on lease vs purchase and bottom line is leasing is by far the most expensive way to own (not really owning) a car

Wow that's one confusing lease sheet.

The residual seems on point - I think they might be charging you $2K more. Perhaps based on a higher money factor (which they don't show you) but not 100% sure as I'm currently on vodka.

I suppose most of the information could be disregarded if you plan to do a lease buyout (like majority of the people here). Are you planning to do that, or just straight lease for the 36 months?
