The definitive answer to why our turbos leak oil once we fit dump pipes.

Watch this space I am going to trial an oil pressure regulator pegged at 40psi.

Might take a week to get here?

The dipstick popped out is a sure sign of crankcase pressure. You had a bunch of blow-by when winding down after a run, which is common. Or, right at the top end, and the smoke shows up a couple of seconds later. It wasn't necessarily the turbos - it could have just been oil in the crankcase vapors cycling through. Even if you have catch cans, situations like that will overwhelm them.
If that's the only time it happens then it isn't a problem.

Anyone here running a catless primary downpipes but kept the OEM catted secondary pipes? Just curious how it sounds and if you're getting any CELs or oil burning issues?

I hear what you are saying brother but if that was the case I would have contaminated plugs... my HKS plugs even after 20000kms still appear in good order.

And I have very minimal oil film in my intercooler ,I only inspected it 3 days ago...

I’ve got NGT catless primary, stock secondary’s and Borla Catback. Lap3 1.5 ecu for 50k miles. Got the car with 12k currently has 70k. Smokes a little bit but absolutely no turbo issues at all.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
A brief spike of blowby won't show up on the plugs - the oil will burn off. There needs to be constant oil in the intake charge to show on the plug. And clearly this is situation-specific, not a constant problem like a damaged ring or piston or something.

???

Anyway problem was solved...

I believe that Torq came out with an attachment that resolves the oil burning issue with these freeflow setups?

He posted about it a little while ago, I think its like $200 or so from him?
