Howdy and welcome.
You're going to notice it sooner or later: even in your pic the facing hatch window trim is spotted/discolored: this is a common issue, usually with cars that are a couple of years old. My first spots appeared almost on my car's third birthday. Since then I've used rubbing compound and polishing compound on them, and covered the cleaned up pieces with several coats of wax. Others have wrapped their discolored pieces, or sprayed them gloss black; or had them replaced under warranty. Yours should still be under warranty if you want to go that route (warranty is 36 months).
