A wonder if anyone else has encountered severe changes in fuel consumption?
My first 4 fuelings gave me the following numbers: 8.75, 8.85, 8.73 and 8.66 l/100km => average 8.75 l/100km.
The 2 following fuelings gave: 11.73 and 10.62 l/100km.
That 11.73 is +32.5% compared to the highest before, 8.85.
Of course no changes in drive mode used, driving style or traffic conditions. Numbers calculated from pumped liters and driven kilometers.

Hi, having similar problems - see my post on fuel consumption. Kia say my car doesn't have a PPF fitted but the light has come on twice in 5,000 miles and I've cleared it by driving at speed for 30 minutes on motorways in UK.
Am about to enter into a dispute with Kia about this - how can a PPF light come on and clear if no PPF fitted!!???

What is a PPF?

A PPF is a petrol particulate filter which does exactly the same job as its diesel counterpart.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Just for posterity, all cars part of Euro 6d compliancy required a PPF (petrol particulate filter or GPF) as of September 2018. Unlike diesels, petrol cars run hotter therefore it's far easier to burn off trapped and unwanted HC, NOX and CO particles.

When it comes to fuel economy in my experience weird things happen but ultimately a PPF should not affect consumption. In terms of power PPF's have an adverse effect and usually the simple answer is to just add more. Every piece of literature I have come across (stated as of 2020) for the Kia Stinger (Euro spec) has announced 361HP, no difference in torque and a 0-62 time of 4.7 seconds.

Maximum speed (mph) - 168 - Acceleration 0-60 mph (seconds) - 4.7 Regulated Emission Standard - EU6d Temp - Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Emissions (g/km) - 233
