Subwoofer Noise Noise Cancellation Mics

Good Morning, did a little searching but can't find any knowledge about it.

Normally when installing aftermarket subwoofers there is an issue with internal interior noise cancellation mics that need to be unhooked or unplugged. Does anyone know if that is true for the Stinger and if so where they are located?

Stingers don't have active noise cancellation-- they active noise addition.
