Strut question

The shop that reinstalled my stock springs didn't get the rubber holder lined up all the way. Anyone think this is an issue? Can I easily get it back in place?

Sloppy job. I doubt you can align it without disassembling. Also not sure about your tire rubbing on the strut? What is that mark?

if you can get some spring compressors to fit in there, you might be able to get enough room to wiggle it into place without disassembly.

I wondered that as well. Not sure. My winter tires/wheels are on and this is year 4 with them. No marks on them that I can see. Very odd.
