3.3TT STRANGE NOISE

HI all have had this noise for 6 months now only happens when cold only does it 25 to 30 mph goes after 10mins of driving had car in dealers as per normal it would not do it driving me mad have found the on the Genesis forum ! and it is the same noise same speed etc any thoughts I cant be the only Stinger with this problem 2015 Genesis Sedan - YouTube

It's a typical "cold car" noise. That vid didn't state if it is constant or not either. If a temporary "hamster wheel" noise drives you mad, there is no hope.

Sorry I read the post and he says it goes after 10 mins and dealer replaced we call it the propshaft think you call it drive shaft and that sorted noise !

You wrote that your noise goes after ten minutes. I'm not seeing anything about duration on the vid; and the Genesis Forum link is to the home page; not going looking for THAT!

Yes i thought it was the underpan flapping about but it only made noise at 25 to 30mph always at 27mph have put it in cruise at that speed on a good road ( not many over here) and the noise is constant disappears after 10 mins, got garage to remove underpan, noise still there but not as loud so i believe it is above the pan, so it could be the drive shaft, there are a few on the Geneses forum that have cured the problem and they are RWD same as the Stinger! here we don't have AWD not sure how dealer will test it roads where they are are even worse
