Stock Euro(?) Wheel Part Numbers

A long time ago in a thread far far away I thought I read that these are the European spec wheel? I’m interested in getting a set. The only part number I can find is J5F40-AK220 and cannot anywhere find clarification there is a staggered option available in this design.

I figure someone knows the specifics on this wheel design. Is there a staggered option? If so, what’s that part number?! I’m more interested in a set of these than aftermarket
