Stinger's soundproofing = good!

In line with its competition. This is obviously not scientific, just off my head. The Stinger has laminated windows and this clever material (feels like felt but harsher) as lining in the wheel wells, and in many areas under the car. Also, the engine compartment seems to be sealed away from the passenger cabin. The Bridgestone all-season tire that came with my Stinger is just okay when it comes to road noise - I assume the Michelin would be quieter.

All in all, my 2.0 Stinger is a comfortable and quiet cruiser around the busy streets of Seoul and on the motorway - probably not going to hear the exhaust sound much unless going with an aftermarket cat system.

Thank you for the interior sound review! Yes, a lot of people are saying it's very quiet inside the car. The exhaust in South Korea will probably be much quieter than everywhere else - but it's still pretty quiet here as well. In-line with the competition is a good thing considering it's Audi and BMW...
