Well, this explains why we keep encountering dead Stingers in showrooms:

Aaaah, the quality of the Kia dealership people! They did not know about the positive terminal under the hood! This is a good preview or a portent of the dealer experience.

Those sale people from all car dealerships came out from fast food train (Mcdonald, Burger King, etc...). They don't know sh*t about cars and computers.

However, this Charleston Dealership salesman who was from the ah, 'Northeast', was hilarious when describing the manual release that can be used to open the hatch from inside.

SMH They actually thought KIA would sell a car where if the battery went dead one below zero morning you would have to fold down the rear seats, crawl through the opening, find the little access door to the emergency release(in the dark) and use it to pop the hatch. Hell, none of them even seemed surprised about it.

It can be Charged under the Hood.
Nobody have to open the trunk for this.
+ they have found but they did not open the cover to use it...
Ground is everywhere - my dealer use the screwhead of the strutbar.

Easy.
They say it's a display-car.
Everybody push buttons, test audio, heat seats or steering wheels,...
If the engine does not run the battery goes down....

Almost everybody who gets in adjusts the seats. That's a big battery drainer after awhile...
