Stinger Trunk Emblem “script”

Looking at buying a stinger, I’ve noticed some have a script on the trunk above the license plate that says “stinger” instead of the majority which have the Kia logo. Which models have which?

Those are Stingers that have been re-badged. In the US, they all come with KIA badging on the hood, the trunk, the wheels, the steering wheel...All of mine have been replaced and replaced by the original Korean badge for the Stinger, the E badge, except my steering wheel, which says Stinger.

Stock in the US have the Kia badge from the factory. You have to buy and rebadge if you want the Stinger script . There are threads in the forum where people discuss how they debadged and then installed the new one .

Howdy. Badging is such a personal preference. Beware the dangers of doing it yourself, they are legion.

Instead of doing it yourself you can always go to a car detailer, they will rebadge for you too
