Stinger sales numbers for February

UV's are a totally different market -- oversized station wagons with poor fuel economy and handling. If you need a station wagon, OK. Driving them is a bit like riding on a hippopotamus on roller skates -- as long as you're headed in one direction, fine, but don't try to do anything else with it. If you need the room, you're screwed. I have no love for UV's. JMHO. My kids are long gone and it's just the wife and me. Gotta enjoy life while I can.
Most people buy them for the combination of hatchback, ride height and easy of entry and exit. The last thing they're thinking about is carving corners around mountains.

Personally, I really like the Niro. Drove one as a loaner last year and while it was not my Optima SX, it was a rather nice ride. We plan on buying one next year when my hubby gets moved to largo, MD (150 Miles+ per day, 2 days a week commute). We are hoping the Niro EV will be out by then.
I really believe that the Niro is hampered by FWD only , if they add AWD as an option I think the vehicle will be a real credible alternative to traditional crossovers

Yeah they would be breaking into Subaru territory.

I don't mean to be a grouchy, surly old codger, but I'm 74 and when I can't get into a car seat that hasn't been raised butt-height above the ground, I hope they take my keys away from me.
