Looks like somebody beat me to the punch on this. Moderators, feel free to delete this thread.

All the moderators are me. :p For now... Yes, I'm the only one who gets to have all the fun. But it won't be long before we have a team here. Okay, so I'll just close this one up... :)

Yup, I saw this article too and the US Kia site has some basic incentive information online now, but it's aligned to the base model. I spoke with a local dealer about the article, and it's too soon for them to really answer or know the details. I'm hoping this incentive applies towards a GT2 AWD and I may just lease vs buy.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

Yeah there is $6,800 lease cash available for the GT2 AWD!

Here is a full chart with residuals and such!

A bit of a surprise to see this being offered up right out of the gate. Up to $6,800 off a top end GT2 when you lease. Not sure why they won't offer the same when you buy, but regardless it might help you cope with not getting that 360 degree parking camera.

I know this is old, but the Lease Cash of $6,800, and why they don't offer it when you purchase and only in a lease? Because they get it all back, and then some, over that 36 months or so, that's why. It's a shuffle. "I'll give you $6800 off if you give it back to me over 36 months." It's essentially a loan. And while Kia's car division makes very little, Kia Financial makes an arm and a leg. It's all going into Kia's pockets at the end of the day, so whatever moves cars...
