Hi Everyone,

I test drove a 2018 Stinger GT2 a few weeks ago, and loved it. One of the things that was a turn-off, however, was the volume controls on the radio. It seemed like it was not sensitive enough, as a volume level of 2 was somewhat quiet, but then moving it up to 3 made is almost too loud. I cant imagine having it much louder, but the range after that was huge. Has this been addressed with new firmware with the 2018s, or has this been improved in the 2019s?

I have a 2018 GT2 and that is not how mine works. Have you tried another car to compare?

The Stinger HK radio could be a tad better with the sound levels. I too find "1" too quiet and "2" too loud.

Maybe I'm just picky, but seems like their isn't the perfect level for me.

I have a 2018 GT2 and agree that it isn't linear. It also depends on what input your're on. For instance, Sirius XM tends to be louder at the same indicated levels than FM or USB.
