It’s definitely a great run and he may have minor upgrades, but I agree high 12s should be typical for a solid stock 1/4m run.

Its really hard to make out but think the video says 12.94 for the Stinger and 13.15 for the V10 BMW M5.

Amazing no matter what and the Stinger just makes it look so easy. Lol

I had an E60 2008 BMW 550 MSport ( same model as this M5 ) and it felt like I was driving a rocket ( 400 HP ) my GT has always felt so much faster . I had an E39 M5 { 2003 ) which was the complete car , but this is more fun to drive ........yes technology vs basic engineering but time ticks on !

It is hard to see but I timed it a couple of times and it's about right.

Compare also to how the Stinger beat the 500+hp Mustang in a drag race. Much further and it would have caught up, but "technical wizardry" gets it off the line quickly!
