I’m looking to buy the Mbrp exhaust for my stinger gt. Does anyone know the biggest exhaust outlets you can get to fit in the defuser without cutting anything? I know the stock ones are 3.5inch.

What model year? The 2018-2021 have a different rear diffuser from the 2022+. I personally don't know the sizes, but people who do will need to know.

If you go bigger you won't be able to get around the tips with a cloth to keep them and the diffuser clean.
