Finally got around to making some content with one of our new salvaged Stingers! Shows power levels at different stages including JB4 only, intake, CPI, and finally adding in our BEF and testing different timing levels.
Great video guys! You have me pumped for starting some real mods on my 19 RWD GT1. Unfortunately, only 91 here in Phoenix
I am going to be watching this build closely, and really appreciate you taking time to test the latest ideas along the way.

Speaking of which, any update on the manifold/wastegate porting? Would love to see a dyno with them installed, and the same done to the "ported" TK700s:This link provided references my turbo manifold research.
No updates.I have 1 pair of manifolds ready to be ported and shipped. I have no plans to install them on my car for a few months. Until I get dyno results myself I don’t think anyone would be interested in them.Speaking of which, any update on the manifold/wastegate porting? For some reason it didn't make it to the video but map2 did around 395whp on 91 without the fuel wires attached. Prob 410whp with fuel wires on. And there is lots of E85 in AZ to mix in!![]()
If you live somewhere with E85 access, there's really no downside. When you go on a road trip and E85 isn't available, you just drop from Map 3/4/5 to Map 2 (either in the app, or via the windshield wiper stalk) and fill up on premium like normal. When you get back, add 5gal or whatever and you're back to E30.E85 is not something I am interested in. I've road tripped my car to Las Vegas, Southern California, and the Bay Area. I don't relish the idea of knowing my potential is being limited by lack of ethanol![]()
JB4 + fuel wires is probably a better way to start, then EWGs if you have overboost issues or really want to dial in your boost ramp-up. Intercepting the O2 sensors lets the JB4 better control how rich/lean you are and gets you a bit more power up top.About to get the jb4 + ewg wires soon.
That's good to know. I will get the fuel wires as well then! ThanksIf you live somewhere with E85 access, there's really no downside. Day to day for partial fillups, just add 1.25ish gal E85 per quarter tank (so 2.5 if you're at half tank, 3.75 if you're down to a quarter full) and you'll maintain the ratio without having to empty your tank or do any math.
