Stinger Brake Pad Replacement

I'm looking for some help or input on replacing the brake pads in my stinger. I ran into an issue with severe vibrating when stopping. I decided to purchase new pads and turn the rotors; however there is a small bracket with some kind of weight system attached to the original pad. The new replacement pads did not come with this hardware.

Does anyone here go thru this process already and could offer some advice on replacing the front pads?

The weights appear to be to reduce vibration - effectively a dampener for the pads. The calipers themselves are used on other cars that don't use the weights on the pads, so pads without the weights should be OK.

Yeah. That threw me off when I replaced mine too. Once I realized that the weights are not transferable, I was relieved
