First post; I'm in SW France and yet to see a petrol Stinger on the road!
Looking for a used vehicle but even these are rare in the classifieds.
Currently driving a 3.0 Subaru Outback and Legacy.
My local Kia agent less than enthusiastic as I'm not buying anything new from them. French tax and insurance position strongly favors buying electric.....the new world.
All the best.

Welcome. Are there any available at the dealers?

Howdy. Have you been on this Stinger quest since you signed onto the forum? Or even longer? Only diesel! That stinks. There must be something, somewhere in the EU, for you. :geek:

Yes plenty of diesels, this is France. Not sure why anyone would buy one given the Peugeot/Citroen numbers available, or even BMWs.
There are petrol Stingers out there but they tend to be in NE France (or Germany); by American standards just a short drive away!
We have a "tax" on new and second hand car sales, it's based on "green" credentials so large (fast and slow) petrol engines get clobbered - it's close to 4000 Euros for a new asthmatic 2,5 L Subaru Legacy. You can imagine the figures for a 4L Porsche.
But if you buy a hybrid Toyota they give you 2000Euros.
For some odd reason it's cheaper to insure electric vehicles too.
Still looking though!

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Hey Stinger in France,

Welcome to the Stinger Forum!

It is great to see Stinger lovers from all over the world.

The Kia Stinger is a great car, I absolutely love my 2019 GT1.

Although the car may be hard to find, we carry tons of aftermarket parts for you when you are ready and we ship worldwide.

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about the car or about any modifications!

All the best,
Daniel @ the K8 Stinger Store
