Steering wheel radio preset button reversed?

Has anyone else noticed that the steering wheel toggle for the radio presets is oppostite when using in different modes. I.e. when you are on the main screen pessing the toggle moves you UP through your radio stations from 1-10 etc but while when you are in the radio screen, you must press the toggle DOWN to move form 1-10? This is annoying me to no end!

Apparently it's common to Kia's infotainment systems, there is some logic to it,
On the Radio screen up moves you in the up direction on screen 2, - 1 , etc
On all other screens up moves you up numerically, 2 - 3 - 4 etc
I am almost never on the radio screen, so it took me a long time to discover it lol

This will fix the steering wheel toggle being reversed? Also I didnt know we could update the nav ourselves. Thank you!

No, it doesn't. I've been searching everywhere for someone having this issue. I have a 2021 Sorento X Line and it drives me crazy.

After the update, it works backwards all the time, regardless of the screen you are in. Up is down and down is up. My first real gripe with the vehicle.

We need to find a way to reach or suggest a software toggle for this. I am not sure how to get to their software team.
