Can I do a 225/45/18 front and 245/45/18 set up?

Of course the tires will fit. You need to specify AWD or RWD, and offset. Wheel widths would be helpful. If you are AWD, that tire selection is too big in the back, as your front OD is 660 mm and rear is 678 mm, and you need to keep the OD the same.

I have a rear wheel drive yesterday my rear tires has punctures from the nail it was 225 then I purchase a Michelin Pilot Sports All Season 4 in 245/45/18. Now my front tires was left untouched and still running 225/45/18. Just wondering if this set up is good and even though I still have a lot of threads in the front I will keep it until it wears out or getting nailed again lol.

You sound good to go. It doesn't matter if you run a wider tire in the back then, and the OD difference won't matter either with RWD. By the way, 245 is the widest recommended tire for an 8" rim, which is what I assume that your are running square. Keep your tires where they are until you need to replace the front, then go 245 up front too, that way you can rotate. You can't rotate while you have 225 and 245. Or rather, you CAN, but you may not if you are being smart.

I was thinking of keeping 225 up front. Well in the future that I need to replace the front tires with Michelin I should be good too right? I am not really worries about tires rotation lol.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
You can mix brands, as long as both tires at either end are a matched set. You can even put all season on one end or the other and run summer tires opposite end, although that isn't ideal procedure. Unless you push your car pretty hard in corners you won't notice any handling quirks doing that.

I'd like to say thank you for your knowledge and for helping me :)
