Hi,

I read somewhere that up to 80% of the power goes to the rear wheels when sport mode is selected.

Does this differ in winter driving conditions? Should I just do a custom driving mode preset with everything selected to sporty and put AWD as "Comfort" or is the Sport mode "dynamic"?

Essentially, I want a sporty feel while having the full power of AWD in the winter time.

Appreciate the help.

I currently do ninety percent plus of my driving in Custom mode: with everything set to Sport except engine/transmission, which is set in Eco. I'm pretty sure that Eco alone, or in Custom, will be close to, if not exactly, a fifty-fifty split to front and rear. Only when the engine is in Sport does the rear get 80%. I plan on starting in second gear during nasty driving conditions. The manual even recommends this, I believe.

So if I set everything in custom to sport but the AWD to comfort, I would get a 50/50 split?

Appreciate the help.

I am curious to see how the all season tires and AWD performs in the winter.
If I never found out, it would be soon enough for me! :D
