I have a Type S and wondering did you use just the 3M tape or also silicon adhesive....this spoiler feel pretty light weight.

And you have a white Stinger? If you're keeping the spoiler matte black, take a pic. I'd like to see how that contrast looks.

Yup I have a white one. I went gloss black to match the bottom which has a gloss. I’ll post pics for sure.

Oops I got them mixed up....I got the Type G

I only used 3m. But I added on some of my own to the 3m that comes with the spoiler.

I was paranoid about water getting under it and not being able to find a way out so I tried to 3m it all the way around without any gaps.

Yup just installed mine about an hour ago. All I used was 3m double sided tape. It's the G type, looks sick!!

Thanks for the referral but I decided to purchase on E-bay for $33 bucks cheaper. Should be on my doorstep on April 19th hopefully in one piece lol.

I find it hard to justify paying $162 on a piece of plastic but my emotions have won over my logic...

I made an offer on eBay for $150 and it was accepted. I live in SoCal and it came from Tustin which is 20 min from me and got it in 2 days. Took it to a local body shop where they painted, applied a clear coat, buffer it for $80. Looks great

Came with enough 3M tape to go around the entire perimeter of the spoiler. The seller I used was bigclothcraft

Mine didn't come with it, maybe they forgot to throw it in. But I went and bought a big roll for like $10. 3m is the brand

Cool, just ordered mine! Excited to install it. Did you put tape on the bottom part also? Basically all points of contact?
