So I plan on getting the Jb4, Downpipes, Intake, and Exhaust but from my research im reading that you want to regap the spark plugs which I have no clue what that even mean and where I currently live idk if anyone knows how to do that. Can I buy the after market like the HKS M45iL Spark Plugs

The "gap" they are referring to is the space at the tip of the spark plug, between the two metal pieces. Too big a gap, and it becomes hard to make it spark when there's a lot of boost pushing through the cylinder. Make the gap a little smaller - requires a gapping tool ($35 for a nice one) and a $5-10 "feeler" type spark plug gauge (basically, a bunch of pre-sized metal strips). I'm sure just about any mechanic with any experience will know about gapping plugs.

Spark Plug change tips

Read everything in this thread. I just changed mine out today so if you have any questions just message me. I can send you a list of all the tools I used also. It took me 2-3 hours to complete as someone who doesn't tinker much with their car.
