Spark Plug Replacement

My 2018 has just over 60 000 KM (37 000 Miles). The manual says that spark plug should replaced at 70 000 km (44 000 Miles). When have people changed theirs and how did they look? Just wondering how strict I should be with the 70 000 KM interval.

I changed mine at around 45K. But I am going to wait until an issue develops before I change them again. The member on here with over 210K is still on his original plugs. If you start to notice any loss of power, roughness or hesitation under boost, then change your plugs. And make sure every coil pack is good to go, or else a fouled coil pack will destroy/crack any plug in a matter of days.
