I have a 2018 Stinger GT2. Every morning as of late when I turn my car in with the ac I get a pungent vinegar smell coming from the vents. Now I know it’s most likely due to mold or fermented leaves stuck somewhere. Has anyone handle this issue? I used air vent cleaner and worked well for like 3-4 days now it’s back. It’s been crazy humid and rainy here in Fort Worth TX for this past couple weeks so I’m sure that doesn’t help. I replaced the cabin air filter (the old one didn’t smell like anything). I have notice that a bunch of leaves have collected underneath the fuse box ever since I first got the car. That collection could have very well fermented and since the cabin takes in air from there I could only assume that’s where it’s from. Problem is no vacuum hose fits underneath for me to clean it up. Also the condensation still drips from the bottom of the car so it’s not like it’s blocked either. Any insight is appreciated.
